HRG in York, PA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Municipal & Water Resources. You will support project managers through all phases, gaining hands-on experience in civil engineering project management for critical infrastructure projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams, with responsibilities spanning design support, permit coordination, budgets, and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• E.I.T. Certification or PE license preferred.
• 4+ years of professional civil engineering experience in municipal consulting, stormwater, roads, utilities, and related areas.
• Experience with drainage/stormwater calculations and reports.
• Familiarity with municipal plan reviews, permits, and grant applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and development of municipal and water resources projects.
• Prepare and coordinate permit applications in PADEP and PENNDOT processes.
• Participate in site visits, meetings, and submittal reviews.
• Help develop project budgets and monitor performance in PM systems.
• Represent the company in meetings and support business development in municipal sector.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and contract documents.
