Job summary

HRG seeks a Project Manager in Cranberry Township, PA, to lead municipal and water resources engineering projects from planning through completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Applicants should hold a BS in Civil Engineering, with 5+ years in the field; a PA PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PA PE license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of civil, municipal, and water resources engineering experience.
• Strong communication and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project management for municipal and water resources projects.
• Lead budgets, schedules, and quality with financial performance oversight.
• Review plans, specs, and contracts for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate interactions with contractors and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance.
• Maintain ongoing client communication through all phases.
