Job summary

HRG is seeking a Project Manager for its Water & Wastewater team in Cranberry Township, PA. You will manage engineering projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and client alignment.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams and serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders throughout all phases of project delivery. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering (environmental emphasis), 5+ years in civil/wastewater, and a PA PE license

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis or related field.
• Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil, water, or wastewater engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in design of water systems, wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems.
• Experience with computer modeling of water systems and PA DEP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project management for assigned water and/or wastewater engineering projects.
• Lead and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Review and prepare plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate and lead interactions with contractors and agencies.
• Conduct project site visits to observe progress and compliance.
• Maintain ongoing client communication during and after project completion.
• Collaborate with other project managers, engineers, and staff.
• Assist in proposal preparation and resource estimation.
• Participate in business development and client presentations.
