Job summary

HRG in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater engineering projects. You will manage projects from planning through delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in civil/water/wastewater engineering and a BS in Civil Engineering, with PA PE preferred. Hybrid work options and travel as needed are included in the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Pennsylvania Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil, water, or wastewater engineering.
• Experience with water distribution and treatment systems, hydraulics, and environmental assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project management for assigned water and/or wastewater projects.
• Lead budgets, schedules, and quality, monitoring utilization and financial performance.
• Review plans, specs, and contract documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders; serve as primary client contact.
• Conduct site visits to observe progress, quality, and compliance.
• Maintain client communication during and after project delivery.
• Assist in proposal preparation and business development.
