Job summary

Michael & Son Services in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead projects from inspection through completion, billing, and payment. You will coordinate crews, vendors, and customers while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company standards.

The role requires water and mold restoration expertise, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects on a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven water and mold restoration experience required.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple active projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and partners.
• Ability to work with crews, vendors, insurance adjusters, and other professionals.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; able to work rotating On Call Schedule.
• IICRC certification(s) preferred; experience with Xactimate/Encircle a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect new restoration losses and determine the work needed.
• Explain restoration process to customers and sell recommended work.
• Develop and review scopes of work and ensure crews understand tasks.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Keep customers updated throughout the project.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, agents, and property managers.
• Monitor drying progress, jobsite conditions, and changes to scope.
• Document files for billing and ensure timely collection.
