The Squad Leader will supervise engineers and project managers, providing technical guidance for water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, PE license, and at least 8+ years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater/stormwater infrastructure planning.
• At least 2 years in master planning or hydraulic modeling.
• Experience mentoring and supervising technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of engineers and project managers.
• Provide technical guidance for modeling and planning projects.
• Monitor workload and assign project responsibilities.
• Ensure timely delivery of master plans and hydraulic models.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical training.

Skills

Knowledge of water distribution and wastewater systems

Familiarity with hydraulic modeling software

Excellent communication skills

Ability to interpret technical reports

Strong problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related field

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
