Job summary

Garver is seeking a Texas Squad Leader for its Water Infrastructure – Modeling, Analytics and Planning Team in Austin, Texas. The role involves supervising engineers and project managers in water, wastewater, and stormwater modeling and planning projects. Ideal candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in relevant fields, a PE license, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater/stormwater infrastructure planning.
• At least 2 years in master planning or hydraulic modeling.
• 2 years of experience mentoring and/or supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of engineers and project managers.
• Provide technical guidance for modeling and planning projects.
• Monitor workload and assign project responsibilities.
• Contribute to proposal preparation and quality control.
• Participate in internal quality assurance reviews.
