A prominent engineering firm is seeking a Squad Leader for its Water Modeling & Planning Team in Texas. This position involves supervising and guiding engineers and project managers, ensuring that water and wastewater projects are delivered with high quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water infrastructure planning, excellent communication skills, and experience in mentoring staff. Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater/stormwater planning.
• At least 2 years in master planning or hydraulic modeling.
• Experience mentoring or supervising engineering staff.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support a team of engineers and project managers.
• Provide technical guidance for modeling and planning projects.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of water and wastewater services.

Connaissances

Understanding of water distribution and wastewater collection

Familiarity with hydraulic modeling software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related field

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
