The role includes providing technical guidance, managing project responsibilities, and contributing to high-quality deliverables across the state. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering, are PE licensed, and offer 8+ years of relevant experience, including team leadership and project management. Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years experience in water/wastewater/stormwater infrastructure planning.
• At least 2 years in master planning or hydraulic modeling.
• Experience mentoring and/or supervising engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support engineers and project managers.
• Provide technical guidance for modeling and planning projects.
• Monitor workload and assign project responsibilities.
• Support the development of project scopes and budgets.
