A leading engineering firm is seeking a Texas Squad Leader to supervise a team for water infrastructure projects across Texas. The candidate will provide technical guidance, oversee project execution, and ensure quality and timely delivery of infrastructure evaluations. A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, a PE license, and 8+ years of relevant experience are required. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater/stormwater infrastructure planning.
• 2+ years in master planning or hydraulic modeling.
• Experience mentoring and supervising engineering or technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of engineers and project managers.
• Provide technical guidance for modeling and planning projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of hydraulic models and master plans.

Skills

Strong understanding of water distribution

Familiarity with hydraulic modeling software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to lead high-performing teams

Strong problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related field
