A leading engineering firm is seeking a Texas Squad Leader based in Houston, to oversee a team of engineers and project managers in delivering water, wastewater, and stormwater projects across Texas. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of relevant experience and possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, along with a Professional Engineer license. The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and technical excellence, with opportunities for development and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater/stormwater infrastructure planning.
• At least 2 years of experience in master planning or hydraulic modeling.
• Minimum 2 years of mentoring or supervising engineers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of engineers and project managers.
• Provide technical guidance for modeling and planning projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of master plans and hydraulic models.
• Coordinate team development and training opportunities.
