Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a Water Damage Technician to provide on-site mitigation support for clients. The role involves pumping and extracting water, mold remediation, and operating specialized equipment under supervision to restore properties.

Travel nights and weekend work may be required; the candidate should follow MSDS protocols, ensure vehicle safety, and maintain equipment while delivering strong customer service and safe, efficient handling of materials.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate water pumping and extraction equipment.
• Experience with mold remediation processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from team leader and perform mitigation tasks.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and keep equipment clean.
• Use various extraction and drying equipment under supervision.
• Build containment systems with Neg Air and HEPA vacuum.
• Remove debris and protect client belongings.
• Travel and night/weekend work may be required.
