Job summary

BELFOR USA seeks a Water Mitigation Technician to support mitigation efforts, including pumping and extracting water and mold remediation. You will set up and operate drying equipment and containment systems under supervision, while maintaining safety and high-quality service.

Responsibilities include following MSDS protocols, vehicle safety checks, and timely reporting of work performed. Travel and night/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with water pumping and extraction.
• Knowledge of mold remediation practices.
• Ability to operate under supervision and follow procedures.
• Strong English literacy and communication skills.
• Comfort with physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from team leader and follow MSDS protocols.
• Inspect vehicles and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Set up containment and drying equipment as required.
• Use specialized de-watering and cleanup tools under supervision.
• Install Injectidry, Directed-In and Octi-Dry systems when needed.
• Ensure safety, time records, and customer communication.
