Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration seeks a field technician to support water damage mitigation. You will pump and extract water, remove mold, move and re-set contents, and set drying equipment under supervision.

You will work with specialized equipment, follow MSDS protocols, help maintain vehicles, travel nights and weekends as needed, and uphold BELFOR standards to protect clients' properties.

Qualifications

• Experience with water pumping and extraction during mitigation tasks.
• Knowledge of mold remediation processes and safety protocols.
• Ability to move and reset contents and set drying equipment as directed.
• Familiarity with antimicrobial applications and basic equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work under supervision, follow MSDS protocols, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from team leader and perform tasks accordingly.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles and equipment daily.
• Construct containment and set up drying systems with proper calculations.
• Use cleaning and disinfecting solutions safely in confined areas.
• Travel nights and weekends as required and communicate time and usage clearly.
• Adhere to BELFOR standards to safeguard client properties.
