Job summary

BELFOR Environmental is seeking a field technician to support water damage mitigation and mold remediation efforts in a hands-on role. You will operate pumps, extract water, and set up drying equipment under supervision while following safety protocols and company standards.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, containment setup, use of specialized systems (Injectidry, Directed-In, Octi-Dry), and traveling as needed. Excellent safety awareness and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform water pumping and mold remediation tasks.
• Must be able to operate and maintain field equipment safely.
• English language literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from team leader and follow MSDS protocols.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and keep vehicles clean.
• Operate water extraction and drying equipment under supervision.
• Build containment systems using appropriate equipment and calculations.
• Install and use Injectidry, Directed-In and Octi-Dry systems correctly.
• Travel and work night/weekends as required.
• Document time worked and materials used accurately.
