Job summary

Accentuin, LLC. is seeking a Mitigation Superintendent to oversee water mitigation crews, ensure OSHA safety compliance, and monitor moisture mapping for dry-out projects.

You will lead a team, manage equipment and inventory, and coordinate with the Project Manager to finalize billing once work is completed. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with readiness for on-call and possible extended hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and guidelines a plus.
• Willingness to obtain IICRC restoration certifications.
• Knowledge of moisture mapping technology.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to enter confined spaces and climb ladders.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Valid driver’s license and right to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• No felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Verify completion of all tasks in the scope of work and notify the Mitigation Project Manager.
• Ensure safe jobsite operations per OSHA requirements and policies.
• Moisture mapping and monitoring of dry out for all assignments.
• Remove drying equipment after job completion and obtain final completion sign-off.
• Notify Project Manager for final invoice processing to customer.
• Manage inventory of consumables, tools and drying equipment for the crew.
• Lead mitigation team and practice strong leadership and training.
• Support ongoing learning of mitigation operations and procedures.
