Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, and time management.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and standards is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain IICRC restoration certifications.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation team and ensure work orders are completed.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and company policy adherence.
• Moisture mapping and monitoring of drying progress.
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and prepare final invoices.
