Responsibilities

• Verify that all tasks listed on the scope of work are completed, then notify the Project Manager.
• Ensure project personnel operate a safe job site per OSHA requirements and Company policies and procedures.
• Moisture map and monitor the dry-out of water mitigation assignments.
• Remove all drying equipment from the job site and obtain final completion form.
• Notify Project Manager of job completion.
• Manage inventory of consumables, tools, and drying equipment for technicians.
• Actively practice leadership abilities as a leader on the mitigation team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Learn, implement, and maintain a thorough understanding of mitigation operations and procedures.
• Be trained in and use PSA and MICA Moisture Mapping.
• Obtain IICRC certification. (If not currently certified)
• Utilize server and cloud technology, including Microsoft Office, PSA project management/accounting, and document management software.
• Foster positive relationships with team members, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Utilize knowledge of budgeting, send order requests to the Superintendent (Mitigation project manager), and achieve profit margins.
• Monitor performance data to anticipate, prevent, and solve problems.
• Inspect jobsite to establish initial scope of work. Confirm scope with the insured and the adjuster.
• Field customer questions and lead team in problem resolution.
• Complete weekly vehicle inspection.
• Willing to work 48+ hours per week when needed.
• May be on call for rotation with Lead Mitigation technician.
• Be on call during catastrophic events.
• Other duties as assigned.
