Apex Restoration DKI in Collierville, TN is seeking a Restoration Water Mitigation Superintendent to lead field operations for water damage projects, ensuring safety and quality from start to finish. The role reports to the Mitigation Project Manager and requires strong communication, organization, and leadership to coordinate crews, monitor moisture mapping, and complete jobs on time.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures is a plus.
• Restoration certifications through IICRC preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Train in PSA and MICA Moisture Mapping.
• Obtain IICRC restoration certification.
• Lead multiple projects with safety and OSHA compliance.
• Manage inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to close out work orders.
