Job summary

Accentuin, LLC. seeks a Mitigation Superintendent to oversee water mitigation projects, ensure scope completion, and maintain OSHA-compliant safety on site. You’ll map moisture, manage equipment, and finalize jobs for invoicing while leading a team and coordinating with clients.

The role requires IICRC restoration certification or willingness to obtain, strong communication, and the ability to work 48+ hours per week, with on-call duty during catastrophes.

Qualifications

• Experience in mitigation operations and OSHA safety
• Certification or willingness to obtain IICRC restoration certifications
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs and perform in confined spaces

Responsibilities

• Verify completion of all tasks in scope of work
• Maintain safety on job sites per OSHA
• Moisture mapping and monitoring for dry-out
• Arrange equipment removal and obtain final completion forms
• Notify project manager when jobs are complete for invoicing
• Manage inventory of consumables, tools, and drying equipment
• Lead mitigation team and coordinate with staff and clients
• Work 48+ hours per week and on-call during catastrophic events
