Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a Restoration Mitigation Superintendent to lead field teams, ensure safety compliance, and monitor moisture control across projects in the United States. The role demands strong leadership, hands-on expertise in water mitigation, and effective communication with clients and staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, verifying scope completion, managing equipment and inventory, and supporting invoicing processes after project handoff.

Qualifikationen

• Exceptional skills in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, and cost management.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures is a plus.
• Have or willing to obtain IICRC restoration certifications.
• Knowledge of moisture mapping technology.
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
• Must be able to enter confined spaces and climb ladders.
• Must maintain clean and professional appearance.
• Valid Driver’s License & eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• No felony convictions.

Aufgaben

• Lead field teams to complete scope of work and report completion to Project Manager.
• Ensure jobsite safety per OSHA and company policy/procedures.
• Moisture mapping and monitor dry out of projects.
• Notify Project Manager of completed jobs for final invoicing.
• Manage inventory of consumables and equipment for technician crew.
• Foster positive relationships with team members and clients.
• Maintain leadership role within mitigation team and guide peers.
• Monitor performance data and troubleshoot issues.
• Respond to field questions and concerns with staff.
• Perform weekly vehicle inspections and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• May work 48+ hours per week and be on call during catastrophes.
