Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a Mitigation Superintendent to lead the field team, verify completion of work orders, and ensure safe, efficient drying of water damage projects. You will coordinate with the Project Manager and manage equipment, inventory, and client communications.

The role requires IICRC restoration knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to work 40+ hours/week with potential on-call duties during catastrophes. A valid US driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain IICRC restoration certifications.
• Experience with moisture mapping technology preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Verify all tasks on scope of work are completed.
• Notify Project Manager when work orders are finished.
• Ensure jobsite safety per OSHA and company policy.
• Moisture map and monitor dry-out of mitigation work.
• Manage inventory of consumables and equipment.
• Lead mitigation team and guide daily operations.
• Maintain relationships with team members and clients.
• Field customer questions and resolve issues.
