Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a Mitigation Superintendent to oversee water mitigation projects, ensure tasks are completed, and coordinate with the Project Manager. You will monitor drying, manage materials, and keep the crew aligned with safety and quality standards.

Role requires strong communication and organization, ability to lift 75lbs, and willingness to work extended hours; on-call during catastrophes may apply. Company offers benefits and a vehicle program.

Qualifications

• Exceptional skills in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, time management and cost management.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures a plus and restoration certifications through IICRC desired.
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Verify all tasks in the scope of work are completed and inform the Project Manager.
• Ensure a safe jobsite per OSHA and company policy; monitor moisture mapping and drying.
• Manage inventory of consumables, tools and equipment for the technician crew.
