Power Dry is seeking a Water Mitigation Crew Chief to lead restoration crews on residential and commercial sites affected by water damage. You will own the job site, drive project momentum, and deliver a calm, professional client experience during stressful times.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Preferred: restoration, mitigation, construction, or related hands-on experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and work with a field crew.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work.
• Able to operate hand/power tools and restoration equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Maintain professional and empathetic demeanor with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise assigned crew on restoration job sites.
• Assess damage and determine mitigation steps.
• Perform water extraction, mitigation, and drying.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment; remove when done.
• Demolish and remove damaged materials as needed.
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized.
• Communicate progress and expectations to customers.
• Document project details using company software.
• Drive company vehicle to/from job sites.
