Job summary

Power Dry is hiring a Restoration Crew Chief to lead a crew on job sites impacted by water or sewage damage. You will guide clients through stressful situations with empathy and professionalism while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

We offer cross-training in mold remediation and expect strong teamwork, safety focus, and a customer-first attitude. Prior industry experience is valuable, and the role includes on-site supervision and direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work overtime and some holidays.
• Reliable transportation to Des Moines area.
• Strong attention to detail with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage water/sewage damage restoration projects.
• Remove damaged materials and set up drying equipment on-site.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Maintain clear and positive communication with team members and customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites, following all traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Document all aspects of mold remediation using industry software.
• Lead and supervise assigned crew members on job sites.
