Responsibilities

• Lead 2+ crew members on site and oversee daily activities to meet mitigation standards.
• Lead water damage mitigation projects from initial response through completion.
• Direct and supervise mitigation technicians and laborers on job sites.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of water mitigation and drying procedures.
• Maintain and update dry logs and scope sheets as needed.
• Inspect properties and assess water damage conditions.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment and containment systems.
• Perform moisture readings and document job progress.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about work performed.
• Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized.
• Coordinate with management on progress and equipment needs.
• Follow company mitigation protocols and industry standards.
• Complete documentation and job reports accurately.
