Job summary

Power Dry is hiring a Restoration Crew Chief to lead a crew on water and sewage damage projects. You will guide clients through stressful situations with empathy, supervise crew members, and ensure work meets high standards. Prior industry experience is preferred, but we will train in the right attitude and work ethic.

The role offers cross-training in mold remediation and involves driving to job sites, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work overtime and some holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Des Moines area.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage water/sewage damage restoration projects.
• Remove damaged materials and set up drying equipment on-site.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Maintain clear and positive communication with team members and customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites, following all traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Document all aspects of mold remediation using industry software.
• Lead and supervise assigned crew members on job sites.
