Power Dry, a leader in emergency water and mold removal services, is seeking a Water Mitigation Crew Chief in Des Moines, IA. You will lead restoration crews on residential and commercial sites, own job site outcomes, and ensure safe, efficient operations during stressful situations.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, mentoring teammates, and delivering exceptional customer service with focus on quality workmanship and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, or related hands-on fields preferred.
• Ability to routinely lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the restoration crew on residential and commercial sites.
• Assess damage and determine mitigation steps.
• Perform water extraction, mitigation, and structural drying.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
