Position Overview:

This position reports to the Water Market Leader.

Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Mission Statement: Responsible for sales of products, systems, and services within the municipal and industrial water markets in the Midwest region, aligning with our strategic goals. Build long-term customer relationships, address specific customer needs, identify and develop sales opportunities, and grow the market YOY.
2. Work Model: Remote work environment. #LI-remote
3. Division: Contributing to the Process Automation, Measurement, and Analytics Division in the Midwest.
4. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate delivery times, payments, and terms in line with ABB's offerings and strategy.
• Execute marketing activities and communicate value propositions effectively.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities.
• Manage administrative sales procedures and support cash collection and project management as needed.
• Join a dynamic, high-performing team where you can thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in flow, level, pressure, and continuous water analysis solutions within the water industry.
• Existing industry relationships that can generate new sales opportunities.
• Proven ability to develop and implement structured sales strategies.
• Strong competitor knowledge and a passion for sales and winning.
• Customer-centric focus, understanding their needs, buying behaviors, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, from field personnel to executive leadership.
