Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Typically 15+ years of progressive water experience, including 7+ years of client leadership and demonstrated pursuit leadership.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year market strategy and annual plan for the Water Market Sector.
• Lead client development, account planning, pursuit strategies, and major programs with cross-office collaboration.
• Ensure delivery excellence, QA/QC, risk management, and alignment with sector standards across projects.
