The role aligns business unit leaders, area managers, and project teams to pursue opportunities and expand the client base while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

You will lead strategic market initiatives, develop talent, and advance client relationships to grow revenue and backlog in the water and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Geology, Environmental Science or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market strategy and annual plans for the environmental services sector.
• Lead major pursuits, including capture plans, teaming strategies, and client messaging.
• Ensure delivery aligns with strategy, standards, and risk posture.
• Coach and develop staff across units; align leaders and project teams.
• Own sector performance metrics and maintain pipeline forecasts.
• Collaborate across market sectors to deliver integrated client solutions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering

Master’s degree preferred in Geology, Environmental Science, or related field
