Zusammenfassung

Capstone Copper is seeking a Project Manager II – Water Management to lead capital and sustaining projects at Pinto Valley Mine, ensuring water balance, regulatory compliance, and efficient system performance.

You will coordinate with engineering, Tailings Governance, and Operations to deliver safe, on-time projects while mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement across the water infrastructure portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related).
• 5–8 years of experience in project management within mining, heavy industry, or industrial environments.
• Experience managing capital projects in an operating mine site is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead pipelines, pump stations, water storage, reclaim systems, and water distribution infrastructure projects for site operations and tailings.
• Ensure projects meet water system performance targets for capacity, reliability, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Tailings Governance, Tailings & Water Operations, and other teams to align with deposition plans.
• Support constructability reviews, field planning, and tie-in coordination to minimize impacts on active water systems.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation; monitor progress and report risks and costs.
