HDR’s Water Business Group seeks a Right of Way Director to refine and oversee the WBG right of way program, reporting to the Planning Program Director and partnering with other ROW leaders to drive growth and technical excellence.

You will work with market sector leaders, clients, and staff to integrate ROW acquisition and real estate solutions, define priorities, and pursue opportunities across geographies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration (Architecture/Engineering) for leadership roles with technical design.
• Experience leading diverse teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work with market sector directors and leadership on strategic growth.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical focal point for WBG to deliver Right of Way services to clients.
• Lead and align staff to address client needs and project requirements.
• Support market sector directors in developing strategic visions and pursuits.
