HDR is seeking a Water Business Group Right of Way Director to refine and oversee a comprehensive ROW program. You will partner with HDR's leadership to raise technical excellence, expand market penetration, and drive growth across geographies and sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in professional, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration (Architecture/Engineering) for technical design leadership.
• Experience leading diverse teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of water-related infrastructure and ROW laws (FHWA, Uniform Relocation Act).

Responsabilités

• Project and program support for the Water Business Group (WBG) Right of Way services; act as technical focal point and align with leaders to drive growth.
• Support market sector Directors in developing strategic visions and pursuing opportunities; coordinate proposals and client engagements.
• Develop and mentor staff; ensure alignment of ROW services with client needs and HDR standards.
