Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Technical Lead – Linear Infrastructure to lead planning, design and delivery of storm and sewer projects across the Mid-Atlantic. You will guide teams of engineers and technicians, drive business development, and collaborate with clients and agencies to deliver innovative water infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in consulting, PE licensure, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in a consulting environment, with a focus on conveyance and water infrastructure design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Travel to other offices/project sites may be required.
• PMI-PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of storm and sanitary sewer conveyance projects.
• Mentor and supervise staff and develop high-performing project teams.
• Develop proposals and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and clients.
• Provide quality assurance and QA on projects.
• Lead and participate in design tasks and technical reviews.
