Havenpark Communities is seeking an experienced project leader to own water infrastructure initiatives from scope definition through closeout. You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, community managers, and RVPs to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with standards.

This role emphasizes hands-on delivery of treatment plants, wells, storage tanks, distribution lines, and irrigation systems across communities.

• Experience leading water infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own water infrastructure projects from scope definition through closeout.
• Manage engineers and contractors to scope, schedule, and cost.
• Deliver treatment plants, wells, storage tanks, distribution lines, and irrigation systems on budget.
• Coordinate with community managers and regional vice presidents on access and communication.
