Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• A minimum of 6+ years of experience performing related engineering work; or, equivalent education and experience.
• P.E. License required.

• Perform or guide technical analysis for assigned projects with strong engineering judgment.
• Serve as project manager: define scope, budget, schedule, feasibility studies, and team management.
• Review proposed changes for impact on design, budget, or schedule.
• Prepare reports and presentations with clear technical data.
• Communicate with clients and project team members; act as project contact.
• Prepare PS&E packages including construction plans, specs, and estimates.
• Ensure reports and bid packages are complete and deliverable.
• Train and supervise staff; resolve construction issues; respond to RFIs.
