CastleWorks Home Services Company is seeking a Water Heater Selling Technician to combine plumbing expertise with sales acumen on residential and commercial calls. You will educate customers, present options, and close installs while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a service or field role.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to educate customers and close sales.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and sell replacement water heaters, filtration systems, and related upgrades during service calls.
• Close sales by presenting options, pricing, and value clearly and confidently.
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters complying with safety and code requirements.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and maintenance.
• Use AI-powered sales coaching tools to review calls and sharpen selling skills.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, performance, and long-term value.
• Maintain truck inventory, complete documentation, and keep job sites clean.
• Coordinate with dispatch and installers to ensure timely job completion.
• Work overtime as needed due to emergency water heater service.
