Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore - Crofton is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to build and lead the mitigation division, guiding projects from field work to leadership. You will help create workflows, supervise crews, and ensure quality across jobs while advancing business growth.

Initial focus is hands-on with field involvement, then transitioning into a leadership role as the division expands. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Restoration, mitigation, construction, or project management experience preferred.
• Xactimate experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build trust with customers and referral partners.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and motivated mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of the mitigation division from the ground up, establishing workflows and production standards.
• Lead field operations: site inspections, moisture mapping, scope development, and coordination of services.
• Develop relationships with plumbers, HVAC contractors, and insurance agents to generate opportunities.
• Monitor project profitability, assist with estimates, and manage invoices and collections.
