Kiewit is seeking a Water Design Manager to lead multi-discipline engineering on large water and wastewater projects across North America. The role focuses on aligning clients, engineering partners, and construction teams to deliver value and successful operations.

Based in Lone Tree, CO with remote options; requires strong technical background in water and wastewater and proven leadership across design, budgeting, and project execution.

Qualifications

• PE license is required.
• 10+ years in water/wastewater engineering or similar.
• Experience delivering via progressive design-build or CMAR/EPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams on municipal and industrial water projects.
• Coordinate design and construction interfaces to ensure constructibility.
• Develop engineering execution plans with scope, budget, and schedule.
• Manage third-party partners and contracts with clear expectations.
• Report progress in monthly reviews with executive leadership.
