Job summary

HDR is seeking a strategic leader for the Water Business Group to drive professional services quality, delivery excellence, and staff development across multiple locations in the United States. The role aligns technical practices, strengthens delivery capabilities, and promotes consistent standards and processes to benefit client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Maintains a professional engineering registration with extensive related technical expertise.
• Leadership and management of professional services, program management, project delivery, or related disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor staff training in technical, professional, business, and service delivery competencies.
• Develop approaches to new technologies and delivery models in support of initiatives.
• Lead QA/QC program activities and ensure delivery excellence across the business group.
• Coordinate staff training in policies, processes, and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement and collaboration across disciplines and regions.
