Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking an entry to mid-level technician to support mitigation efforts for clients. The role focuses on water pumping, extraction, mold remediation, and setting up drying and containment equipment under supervision.

You will follow MSDS protocols, perform safety inspections, and work with specialized equipment. Travel, night, and weekend shifts may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to identify products, usage and disposal requirements with training.
• Knowledge of various pump systems.
• Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per BELFOR policy.
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and professional demeanor.
• English language literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from team leader and follow MSDS protocols for chemical products.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and keep vehicles clean and maintained.
• Set up and operate extraction and drying equipment as supervised.
• Construct containment systems and ensure proper ventilation and air flow.
• Remove debris, disinfect and manage debris removal in confined areas.
• Travel as needed and work nights or weekends as required.
