Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous customer service experience required.
• Previous industry experience is highly desired.
• Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for virtual assessments is preferred.
• Ability to assess property damages and accurately determine claim coverage.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers remotely.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality resolutions.
