Job summary

Allstate Insurance seeks an Inside Property Adjuster to virtually inspect damages, investigate coverage, prepare estimates, and settle claims promptly. You will interact with customers, contractors, and vendors through Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration, with a focus on water losses.

You will work in a training period in office, then a hybrid schedule (in office and remote), handling claim communications by phone, email, and text while upholding service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous customer service experience.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in an office and virtual work environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient claim resolutions.
• Previous industry experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Virtually inspect damages and investigate coverage to prepare estimates.
• Settle claims promptly and accurately.
• Communicate with customers, contractors, and vendors via phone, email, and text.
