Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company is seeking an Inside Property Adjuster in our Atlanta office. This is a Hybrid in-office trainee role focusing on water losses, with duties including virtual inspections, coverage investigations, and settlements using Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.

You will interact with customers, contractors, and vendors, and work through claims via calls, email, and text. Training emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and efficient resolutions while building a claims

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Experience in property insurance or claims is highly desired.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and related claims software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to policyholders and stakeholders.
• Independently investigate property claims by reviewing damages and interpreting policies.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text to guide them through the claims process.
