Allstate Atlanta Office is hiring an Inside Property Adjuster for a Hybrid in-office role in Atlanta, GA. The position includes a 15-week initial training period with on-site scheduling and later hybrid working after training.

You will inspect damages virtually, investigate coverage, prepare estimates, and settle claims promptly. The role emphasizes water loss claims and requires strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous customer service experience required.
• Previous industry experience is highly desired.
• Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for virtual assessments is preferred.
• Ability to assess property damages and accurately determine claim coverage.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment.

Responsibilities

• Virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims promptly and accurately.
• Interacting with customers, contractors, and vendors through multiple channels (phone, email, text).
• Focus on water losses to provide top-tier support and resolution for those claims.
