Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Previous industry experience is highly desired.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills for remote interactions.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims.
• Interacting with customers, contractors, and vendors via multiple channels.
• Focusing on water loss claims to deliver timely resolutions.
• Using tools and settlement platforms to finalize claims accurately and efficiently.
