Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced civil engineer to lead design and construction of gravity sewer pipes, force mains, water distribution, and transmission mains in the Southwest. You will serve as the technical lead on local and regional projects, mentoring staff and supporting critical client delivery tasks in New Mexico and Stantec's Southwest Region.

Qualifications

• Conveyance design experience for sewer, water distribution, and transmission mains.
• Provide Engineer-of-Record on projects and deliver construction documents.
• Lead client relationships, project scoping, value analysis, and cost estimating.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams on water conveyance projects in the Southwest.
• Support planning and design of sewer collection systems, interceptors, and transmission mains.
• Lead preparation of project specifications and civil construction documents.
• Supervise engineers and staff, set priorities, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, and vendors.
