Job summary

Rodney Hunt is seeking an experienced after-market coordinator to review engineering drawings, ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements, and prepare quotations. You will work with customers, sales, engineering, production, and vendors to verify information and respond promptly to aftermarket requests.

Using the drawing library and technical database, you will support spare parts sales, manage inventory, and coordinate with teams to deliver timely aftermarket products and services

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience reviewing engineering drawings in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of drafting standards, GD&T, and relevant codes/regulations.
• Experience in aftermarket sales or service coordination.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify errors in technical documentation.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Review inquiries and requirements for spare parts and services.
• Identify required replacement parts using drawings, BOMs, and records.
• Prepare quotations with scope, notes, exclusions and terms.
• Coordinate with customers and sales for clarifications.
• Review tolerances, materials, and annotations on drawings.
• Collaborate with design engineers to resolve discrepancies and align with client objectives.
• Maintain records for design reviews and QA.
