Job summary
Cadmus seeks an experienced, part-time professional to work about 20 hours per week, assisting government agencies and utilities with water regulatory challenges. You will provide onsite and remote support to help utilities meet SDWA and CWA requirements, applying knowledge of operations, infrastructure, and related programs.
You will work with water and wastewater operators and regulators, travel as needed, and contribute to field assessments and client-ready products.
Qualifications
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree with relevant coursework in engineering, public health, or environmental policy and extensive experience.
- Experience with SDWA and/or CWA regulatory programs.
- Experience inspecting water utilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to support drinking water and wastewater utilities and regulatory programs.
- Lead development of client-ready products and deliverables.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage projects to meet deadlines.
- Assure quality of work through QA/QC processes.
- Conduct research and analysis and communicate findings clearly.
- Travel as needed and work with clients and regulators.
